Greame Smith injured his finger the injury aggravated which might mean that he may be ruled out of the tournament.

According to sources, Smith may even fly home to South Africa and miss the remainder of IPL in order to recover for the T20 World Cup. Dmitri Mascarenhas had twisted his ankle and Yusuf Pathan hurt his shoulder.

Shane Warne, the captain of Rajasthan Royals said “He [Mascarehnas] was only limping, though he could hardly walk. He showed a lot of courage to come out and bowl. His ankle is in ice.”

“Yusuf might`ve popped something in his shoulder. Not much to smile about, outplayed in everything, and injuries to three pretty big players as well. Can`t get much worse than that,” he said.
